Some people have asked us about the awards which made COGITA Epicor ERP Global Partner in October 2008. We did not seek these awards, although they are part of what makes COGITA different, and we did not apply for them. The corporate recognition that really matters is in one of two forms: client feedback; bottom line and balance sheet.
So we have made no announcements about the awards. Nevertheless some people are interested to know more, so here it is:
Our key supplier, the highly regarded U.S. company, Epicor made four awards to us at Epicor's 2008 Global User Conference for Epicor Customers. These customers are companies like you. Epicor awarded us with:
- Global VAR (value added reseller) Of The Year
- Global Most Orders
- International Highest Revenue
- International Most Clients
What does this mean for you if you are one of our clients?
It means that COGITA's voice and support requests ON YOUR BEHALF are heard at the highest levels in Epicor's international organisation and this should result in better service for you.
It means that you can expect the best quality and responsiveness that Epicor is able and willing to give when we seek support ON YOUR BEHALF for your Epicor ERP system.
It means that you have third party validation about your choice of COGITA as your ERP manufacturing software partner: we are serious about long term partnership with you and someone else, Epicor, recognises that we are serious.
It means that the developer and licensor, Epicor, of your ERP software investment, the party that should know the most about your ERP system, has validated COGITA's expertise as being the finest available in the world in Epicor's recent assessments. (Of course this does not mean that we have met all your much more demanding client-expectations; and, yes, we understand that this is what counts.)
And finally it means that you are not alone; not by a long shot; many companies have chosen, and continue to choose, the same ERP solution you have purchased from COGITA and Epicor.
