At COGITA all roads lead to self fulfilment. Self is the operative word because noone will force you into fulfilment or success at COGITA.
IT'S UP TO YOU
If you are thinking about applying for a job at COGITA and you're wondering what it will be like, then think about it like this.
Think of COGITA as a golf course.
It is not the only golf course in the region. It is there whether or not you want to play golf or have an interest in it. To play you have to abide by the club's specific code of conduct and the general rules of golf. You can play at other courses. You don't have to play at this golf course but if you do then you have to pay the price because the facilities are not free. If you are even moderately serious about golf you will begin to learn the secret of success - it is up to you. Although your success can be affected by the quality of the golf course's facilities and its membership your success is 95% or more up to you! So you have little choice. You are responsible for so much of your success that you may as well tell yourself that it is 100% up to you and get started on a self improvement program.
It is up to you to practise and improve your abilities and flexibility if you want to do better.
You cannot substitute yourself with somebody else to improve your handicap; if you want to improve your play and handicap it is up to you to do the work. You cannot be promoted to be a better player with a lower handicap. You can get coaching and you can make friends with other players at the course. But only you can improve your abilities and game with patience, self reflection and intelligent practice.
If you don't improve your abilities and scores you will have to settle for mediocre performance or give up. On the course you will be passed by better golfers. Sometimes your poor abilities will put you in danger: often you will start your game before other players but they will catch up with you and their shots will send dangerous balls whizzing past your ears. Because good players prefer to play with good players, you won't be asked to play in the exciting rounds.
This is what it is like at COGITA. And this is why COGITA is searching for motivated people.
