COGITA is a specialist in extremely long-term ERP sales and support for manufacturing and distribution companies. We are looking for an Account Manager who is a sales professional, passionate about adding value to client businesses using COGITA’s products and services. The person we seek will have a depth of experience in manufacturing and distribution businesses and in ERP sales that will enable him/her to identify and sell business benefits to our existing client base.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in an installed base selling ERP products and services using Solution Selling and Spin Selling methodologies. This person will also enjoy achieving and exceeding sales goals and targets, building strong, long-term relationships with clients, and finding ways to assist clients to improve their bottom-lines.

This person will be a key member of our team responsible for helping our clients increase the value of their businesses using our services and Epicor ERP solutions. The ideal person for this job is a proven leader, who will work with very professional sales, service and support teams to cause positive results for our clients and for COGITA. Specifically, we will expect increased revenues from our client base, creation and execution of benefits focused strategies for each account, excellent handover and follow up with the services and support team ensuring service delivers benefits, and happy and referenceable clients.

This position has clear targets and accountabilities and will be well supported from the senior level of the organisation. This position will be taking over an existing client base in Victoria enabling the incumbent to move to another position within COGITA, The Account Manager will be a key member of a team of implementation and support experts who are all working together to grow a happy client base whose businesses benefit from our offerings.
